The first holiday season for the Cincinnati Bell Connector is about to begin. Even during the holidays, it’s important to be streetcar safe:
- Halloween: Facial coverings, including Halloween masks and hoods covering the face, are not permitted on the Cincinnati Bell Connector due to safety and security concerns. The only exceptions are small children and those observing religious or cultural customs.
- Holiday season: Use extreme caution hanging decorations and holiday lights along the streetcar route. If you are working within 10-ft. of the overhead power lines or near the tracks, you must secure a track access permit.
- To obtain a track access permit or for information, contact:
- CB Connector Transportation/Safety & Security Manager, 513-206-7825
- CB Connector Administrative Manager, 513-206-7827
- For more information about other permits that may be required, call the City of Cincinnati Permit Office at 513-352-3463, open weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Don’t obstruct the streetcar tracks at any time… this includes Santa’s sleigh and reindeer.
