Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority will operate a Saturday service level (plus route 31 weekday schedule) on Wednesday, September 13.

Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority will operate a Saturday service level (plus route 31 weekday schedule) on Wednesday, September 13. More frequency on routes as streets are open and buses can run. No express service. HART HyperLINK service has resumed. There will be no TECO Line Streetcar System service.

Road conditions continue to remain uncertain in some areas. Customers should be advised detours and delays are likely, so patience is appreciated. 

All HART Transit and Transfer Centers are up and running.

The HART Customer Service call center is back up and running. Customers can call 813-254-4278 until 8:00 p.m. with any questions or concerns. Due to higher than normal call volume customers may also continue to call 813-384-6367 until 8pm. HARTPlus customers can book reservations from 8am to 5pm.

Effective Wednesday, September 13, customers should contact the HART Customer Service call center at 813-254-4248. The temporary number will no longer be in service.

HART officials are continuously monitoring road conditions and will update routes and services as information becomes available.

Customers are encouraged to refer to the OneBusAway Tampa app to check out their bus arrivals times and get the most updated information.

In addition, the HART administrative offices at 21st Avenue and Ybor will be closed to the public tomorrow.

Riders asked to monitor HART Twitter and Facebook pages for timely information regarding transit service. HART also offers real-time information through its service alerts system.
