After a pilot this spring, TripShot is powering a combination of fixed-route and on-demand transit services now offered at Stanford Medicine.

Standford Medicine has awarded a contract to TripShot to improve on-time performance (OTP) and reliability with its cloud-based mobility management solution, with the goal of collaboratively enhancing operational efficiency.

TripShot’s solution for riders, drivers and transit administrators allows for precise tracking of vehicles, higher uptime for signal and on-vehicle tablets, data capture and advanced reporting.

After a pilot this spring, TripShot is powering a combination of fixed-route and on-demand transit services now offered at Stanford Medicine. TripShot helps make it easy for dispatch to flex between fixed-route and on-demand service, better meeting the changing needs of riders, increasing the utilization of fleet vehicles and saving on costs.

“TripShot’s combined fixed-route and on-demand approach offers more seamless service to riders all from one app,” said Patrick Le, co-found and chief product officer, TripShot. “We take the task of updating software and app management away from transit managers and push updates out automatically, so transit professionals can focus on delivering excellent service for their community.”
