Commutifi, Liftango launch joint transportation demand management solution for employers, commercial real estate
Commutifi has partnered with Liftango to offer a joint commuting sustainability solution for employers.
The solution is rolling out globally through integrated tenant experience platforms, which will be managed and provided by commercial real estate firms.
Powered by Commutifi’s data-powered commuter platform, the partnership unlocks a new complete solution that allows employers and tenant experience customers of commercial real estate firms to measure, manage and improve their commute-based emissions. The collaboration uses Commutifi’s Commuter Score technology and commuter sustainability metrics, enabling organizations to easily meet their internal ESG goals and align with a growing list of external compliance regulations.
“We’re seeing an increasing emphasis on sustainable, data-driven mobility solutions being implemented by the commercial real estate industry globally. The partnership with Commutifi not only helps us to provide greater transport equity, but also gives commuters and program managers another way to quantify their positive sustainability impact,” said Jacob Greig, vice president, Americas, Liftango.
By integrating Liftango and Commutifi’s technologies, employers and CRE tenant experience platforms can deliver their clients optimized and quantified carpooling and on-demand transit (microtransit) services through a single source.
“Working with tenant experience platforms to roll-out this first-of-its-kind solution has been an inspiring experience. Their forward-thinking way of integrating solutions to optimize the tenant experience and prioritize sustainability enables us to continue to innovate and bring the best solutions to the industry,” said Esteban Sanchez, chief technical officer, Commutifi. “We’re excited to offer a new, modern experience for organizations to help employees as they navigate their commute back to the office.”
The Commutifi-Liftango integration progresses both companies’ efforts of enabling positive impact through shared mobility in the commercial real estate space and beyond. The all-in-one platform will allow individuals to explore all their parking and commuting options and organize dynamic carpools whenever they need, all while tracking the time, cost and emissions impacts of their shared mobility choices.
For employers, cities or CRE managers, this means greater data capture and analysis of their commuter programs across multiple modes of transportation from a single data hub.
The integrated solution is available now through CRE tenant experience platforms and as a stand-alone product.
