Byk-Rak LLC has announced a new partnership with City View Bus Sales & Service Ltd. of Mississauga, Ontario for the distribution of Byk-Rak products to Byk-Rak’s Canadian customers.
On July 1, City View officially became the exclusive distributor for Canada for Byk-Rak sales and distribution of new bicycle racks, components and parts, according to Ron Coon, vice president of Byk-Rak LLC. Under the agreement, Coon said City View will maintain a large inventory of Byk-Rak products and after-market parts, including two- and three-position racks and sub components.
“This partnership will improve greatly the logistics and capability to service both new and existing customers throughout Canada with a wide range of products and parts. It will allow for expedited shipping and interaction with a team of experienced sales and service representatives at City View who will be able to meet all the needs of our Byk-Rak customers,” explained Coon. “We and our staff appreciate the continued loyalty to Byk-Rak. Our team will still be available to assist with customers’ Byk-Rak technical issues at any time.”
City View is one of the largest distributors and service centers in Canada for new bus sales, parts and service with locations in Mississauga, Ottawa and Montreal, Coon expanded.
