“OSPT Alliance continues to welcome a growing number of new members from all over the world, reflecting increasing global levels of interest in the benefits of open standards in ticketing and beyond,” says Laurent Cremer, executive director, OSPT Alliance.
“OSPT Alliance was initially created to help the transit community move toward an interoperable and vendor-neutral ecosystem that will foster the next generation of secure, cost-effective and flexible fare collection solutions. While transport continues to be a primary focus of the alliance, we have evolved from ‘just transport’ to driving the adoption of its CIPURSE open standard for a number of value added services such as ID, access control, loyalty and more”, he adds.
Full membership benefits include the ability to influence technical standardization and strategic activity within OSPT Alliance, early stage market intelligence, market influence and profile and enhanced networking and collaboration opportunities.
