Black Box Announces Two New Executive Appointments
Black Box Corp. announced two executive appointments which continue the transformation of the North America Commercial Services (NACS) organization.
Rick Gannon was appointed vice president, Operations NACS. In this new role Gannon will be responsible for building an integrated national service platform and enabling the operations team to continue delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. He has been with Black Box for over 20 years in local, regional and national leadership roles, most recently as regional vice president. He has a wide range of experience leading services, sales and marketing.
In addition, Julie Lyda will continue in her role as vice president, strategic initiatives, and will be responsible for sales, marketing and solutions management for NACS. Over the last year, she has led the analysis and improvement of the NACS sales organization, including the design and implementation of new structure, process, tools and incentives. Lyda has also been with Black Box for over 20 years and prior to her current role, was the vice president of worldwide technology product solutions (TPS). As the TPS leader, she was the primary architect for the transformation of the products business.
Both Gannon and Lyda will report directly to Black Box’s CEO, Mike McAndrew.
