Fleet Advantage Earns CIO 100 Technology and Business Innovation Award for Fleet IT Excellence
Fleet Advantage has announced that it has been named as one of the “CIO 100” for their Fleet Optimization Solutions in North America, as selected by CIO Magazine.
The award recognizes Fleet Advantage’s commitment to improving business intelligence and analytics for transportation companies. Fleet Advantage was selected for the development of its proprietary ATLAAS software, the company’s innovative cloud-based data analytics platform and its continuous enhancements. ATLAAS reviews over five billion miles of data as part of the company’s tracking and analysis, and it’s a leading reason why Fleet Advantage is now servicing 25 of the top 100 corporate and for-hire over-the-road truck fleets in the country.
Each year ATLAAS saves Fleet Advantage clients millions in operating costs, and since inception has reduced harmful exhaust emissions by 125,000 Metric Tons. ATLAAS uses proprietary business intelligence to monitor cost and productivity based on formulas that monitor and reduce lifecycle cost management by determining a truck’s economic “TIPPINGPOINT” and replacing the vehicle with new vehicles possessing improved safety, fuel economy and reduced repair costs using the EXchangeIT Program.
“We are truly honored to receive such a prestigious recognition from CIO. By continuously evaluating and monitoring data, we are able to better assess which data provides the most valuable information for our clients. This provides further insight into asset optimization, and helps our clients make better decisions about their fleets while lowering their operating costs. We are extremely excited about the current development underway for our next generation platform that will be available later this year,” said Jim Griffin, chief technology officer and chief operating officer at Fleet Advantage. “Not only are our technology solutions saving companies millions of dollars, but we’re impacting the way America receives goods from leading companies while reducing our nation’s carbon footprint.
