The Butte County Association of Governments (BCAG) is seeking Proposals from contractors to develop the Butte Regional Transit (B-Line) Marketing Plan. The Plan will build upon the B-Line Routing Study that was completed in 2023. The Marketing Plan is part of B-Line’s efforts to re-brand the system, promote new services, and better meet the needs of its users. The selected contractor must demonstrate exemplary project management skills including coordinating with multiple providers and stakeholder groups. It is also strongly desired that the selected contractor has experience developing and managing similar marketing plans for public transit systems.
