Sealed proposals will be received at the St. Clair County Transit District, 27 N Illinois St., Belleville, Illinois, on or before 3:00 pm on Thursday December 5, 2024 for the 2024 ATS – Video File Storage Solution. Visit www.scctd.org/news/ for more.

Sealed Proposals must be labeled “St. Clair County Transit District ATS – VIDEO FILE STORAGE SOLUTION” and be mailed or delivered to St. Clair County Transit District at 27 North Illinois Ave, Belleville, IL 62220 on or before 3:00 p.m. on December 5, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered. Upon receipt all RFP’s will be opened, evaluated for compliance, and the selected vendor will be presented for approval and award. . Please register your email with the SCCTD by emailing Tony Erwin at [email protected] and Austin Rauscher at [email protected] advising your company has obtained bid documents. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The St. Clair County Transit District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
