Community Transportation Network, Inc. (CTN) is seeking bids in the form of proposals from qualified firm(s) for the procurement of a wheelchair accessible minivan. The vehicle will be funded impart by Section 5310 funding from the Federal Transit Administration.
The vehicle must be new (model years 2024-2025) and must be Buy America certified. The vehicle must be rear entry and hold either one or two wheelchairs and have at least one additional passenger seat, either in the back or the front.
All bids must be submitted in the form of a proposal that includes, at a minimum: the firms name, address, and contact information; name of person authorized to sign contracts/purchase agreement; a firm fixed price for the vehicle; a description of the vehicle (year, make, model, and all specifications included accessibility); Buy America certification; and a timeline for delivery. The firm submitting the most responsive bid will receive the award.
