RFP: Operation of Intercity Bus Service Routes

Reagan Mass Transit District is seeking qualified motor carrier Service Operator(s) for two fixed routes in Illinois: one between Chicago, IL and Davenport, IA, and a second between Chicago, IL and Danville, IL. Deadline to submit is April 15, 2025.

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting for this RFP will be held at 11:00 AM (Central) on Monday, March 24, 2025. This will be a virtual meeting. A link will be provided to entities expressing an interest in submitting a full proposal to this RFP. Deadline for submittal of proposals is 1:00 PM (Central) on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Expected implementation of service on both Intercity Bus routes is by no later than July 1, 2025.
