• MTTA is seeking Electronic proposals shall be received by the Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority (MTTA), via portal, before May 12, 2025, 4:30PM Central Standard Time, for a bus was replacement as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Proposals may be for any one or combination of service providers as provided for in this document. Proposals received after the date and time specified above shall be considered late proposals and shall not be considered.
