Speakers

Chuck Ebbets is an experienced and energetic business leader with a proven track record of generating new businesses, collaborating across internal and external partners, and leveraging clean technology to create value. Chuck has years of experience working within the EV ecosystem where he has helped strategize smart and managed charging solutions to deploy large EV infrastructure projects. Bringing over two decades of experience in tech spaces, Chuck serves as bp pulse’s Sales Manager in the fleet division, where he supports transit agencies across the country in meeting their electrification goals.

Pascarella is San Diego Metropolitan Transit System's (SDMTS) Director of Fleet and Facilities Maintenance and has more than 25 years of experience in the vehicle and facilities maintenance industry. Pascarella joined San Diego MTS over 15 years ago as an entry level employee, became a journeyman diesel technician, and is now responsible for the oversight of the entire bus maintenance and facility maintenance operations. Pascarella got his career start as a third-generation car mechanic working in his family’s auto shop in New York and was also a general contractor for a period of time. Thomas’ natural ability is to figure out how things work and develop a solution for innovation and improvement.

Matt D’Ambrisi is the Transit Market Manager at Heliox. He has served clients in the transit industry for the past 13+ years in both transit bus and passenger rail. Throughout his career as a supplier to transit agencies, he has worked closely with transit properties large and small across North America and is uniquely positioned to understand their needs and concerns during the transition to battery electric buses. As part of Heliox since 2021, Matt has worked with BEB operators of all sizes to help electrify their fleets. Mr. D’Ambrisi holds a bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University.
