Enhancement work on Indy Go’s Red Line stations along Meridian Street, between 30th and 38th St.’s, will begin on or after May 22. The work will include bus pad reinforcement and concrete pouring that will continue through late June. During the period of work, the 30th, 34th and 38th St. Red Line stations on Meridian Street will be closed. Northbound service will be temporarily shifted to local stops on Illinois street. Southbound service will be temporarily shifted to local stops on Capitol Avenue.
IndyGo is making these significant improvements to the Red Line to provide additional long-term stability and protect the significant investment made in the system’s infrastructure. Work is expected to be complete by August 2023.
