National Express Provides Shuttle Service to the NY Rockaway Ferry

National Express Transit’s subsidiary Trans Express has partnered with Hornblower to oversee the operations to provide shuttle transportation to New York’s Rockaway Ferry.

 The complimentary shuttle services will accommodate residents of Rockaway, Queens with two routes – an Eastbound and Westbound that will run throughout the day.

"Trans Express and the National Express family of companies have been a great partner for Hornblower and our East River Ferry and NYC Ferry operations,” said Anastasija Kuprijanova, special projects coordinator for Hornblower.

“Their team supports our ferry operations by providing on-time, comfortable and reliable transportation in Midtown Manhattan and Rockaway, Queens,” said Jonathan Figueroa, director of operations, facilities, and support services for Hornblower. “Their safe operations, friendly drivers and phenomenal leadership staff have become a part of New Yorkers’ everyday commutes."

The Rockaway Ferry is one of the routes that is a part of the New York Ferry Service, launched by Mayor Bill de Blasio.
