2015 Alternative Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo Agenda Announced as Early Bird Registration Opens
Gladstein, Neandross and Associates (GNA), organizers of the 2015 Alternative Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo, on Nov. 19 released the agenda and opened early bird registration for the fifth annual event taking place May 4–7 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas.
ACT Expo has partnered with multiple leading industry associations to develop the four-day program—including the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC), the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA), the North American Council on Trucking Efficiency (NACFE), NGV Global, BSR Future of Fuels, among many others.
“From a variety of alternative fuels, all kinds of vehicle information technology systems and a huge array of efficiency improvement technologies, the level of technological innovation and adoption taking place right now in the fleet industry is absolutely unprecedented,” said Erik Neandross, CEO at GNA. “In teaming up with leading alternative fuel industry associations, ACT Expo will provide fleet managers with a one-stop shop to learn about the full spectrum of available AFV options—including hybrid, hydrogen, natural gas, propane autogas, renewables and efficiency technologies—so they can develop their own customizable clean fleet plan.”
To help ensure that the programming is as relevant and impactful as possible for ACT Expo’s 700+ fleet attendees, the ACT Expo team has assembled a High-Volume Fleet Planning Committee with representation from Walmart, Anheuser-Busch, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Coca Cola, Enterprise Fleet Management, United Parcel Service (UPS), Penske Truck Leasing, Ryder System, City of Santa Monica, Iowa Department of Transportation, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, The Parking Spot, along with several other leading public and private fleet operators. The four-day program will feature fleet-focused educational sessions, off-site AFV technical tours, co-located industry workshops, hosted networking events, and the industry’s largest expo hall.
