New Flyer names vice president of quality and continuous improvement
New Flyer has named James Pastor as its vice president of quality and continuous improvement, where he will be accountable for leading the quality assurance and continuous improvement function at New Flyer, with oversight across all New Flyer business operations.
Pastor will be based out of the St. Could, Minn. Facility, reporting directly to New Flyer President Chris Stoddart.

Pastor brings over 25 years of experience in industry and has held many senior leadership roles in quality at General Motors, Plastech Engineering Products, Johnson Controls, and his most recent role as vice president of program management and quality for Adient. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan-Flint, and a Bachelor of Science in Eelectrical Engineering (BSEE) from Kettering University.
