The Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority doing business as (“LYNX”) is seeking a qualified service Contractor to provide turn-key administration of its Vanpool Program (“Program”). The selected Contractor shall be responsible for Program administration which shall include, but not be limited to, the following: fleet maintenance and repairs of LYNX-owned vehicles, fare collection, administration of commuter escrows, fuel cards, and insurance while also promoting and marketing the service.
