HYDROGEN GAS DETECTION AND ROLL UP DOORS
The scope of work includes addition of roof mounted fans for hydrogen detection system, replacement of insulated roll up doors, upgraded fire pump and outdoor generator to the Fresno FAX HVAC Bus Maintenance Facility.
The hydrogen gas detection system scope of work shall:
• Provide hydrogen exhaust air ductwork up through roof.
• Provide hydrogen exhaust air ductwork.
• Provide building automation system workstation.
• Provide wall-mounted hydrogen and methane gas detection system main control panel.
• Provide wall-mounted hydrogen and methane gas detection zone control panel.
The fire protection system scope of work shall:
• Provide electric fire pump.
• Provide pressure-maintenance pump and piping.
• provide fire pump suction and pump discharge piping.
• provide electric fire pump and pressure-maintenance pump controllers.
• Provide fire department connection.
• Provide fire pump test header.
• Provide fire pump bypass, fire pump test header and fire department connection piping.
The Electrical scope of work shall:
• Demolish the existing 150kw generator. Provide a new pull box to intercept existing feeders and conduit to feed the proposed new 300kw generator along with ATS and all other associated accessories.
• Provide new 75kva transformer and new 250A, 120/208V, 3PH, 4W panel.
• Provide new circuit breakers, conductors to serve rolling doors.
• Provide new fusible disconnecting switches (NEMA 8 enclosure) and mechanical switches (with NEMA 3R enclosure).
• Provide feeder and conduit to serve the proposed jockey and fire pump.
