The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) is seeking qualified and experienced 
firms to develop a comprehensive Safety and Security Plan, resulting in the creation of a Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness Manual specific to the LCTA organization, our services, and our facilities. This manual will serve as a critical resource for LCTA to ensure the safety and security of our personnel, passengers, visitors, and assets, and to provide clear guidelines for emergency preparedness and response.

Ave., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Submission Requirements:
Six (6) copies of the proposal should be submitted in person or by mail to:

Avenue Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
A USB drive containing the proposal in PDF format must also be submitted electronically.
Late and incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Proposals for this professional service will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on 02/07/2025.
