Request for Bids to Procure a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle
Community Transportation Network, Inc. (CTN) is seeking bids in the form of a proposals from qualified firm(s) for the procurement of a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Community Transportation Network, Inc. (CTN) is seeking bids in the form of a proposals from qualified firm(s) for the procurement of a wheelchair accessible vehicle. The vehicle will be funded impart by Section 5310 funding from the Federal Transit Administration.
The vehicle must be new (model years 2024-2025) and must be Buy America certified. The vehicle must have a wheelchair lift, nine removable ambulatory seats and hold up to three wheelchairs.
All bids must be submitted in the form of a proposal that includes, at a minimum: the firm’s name, address, and contact information; name of person authorized to sign contracts/purchase agreement; a firm fixed price for the vehicle; a description of the vehicle (year, make, model, and all specifications included accessibility); Buy America certification; and a timeline for delivery. The firm submitting the most responsive bid will receive the award.
