    The Ohio DOT, Office of Transit is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Planning and Research support. The contract will include tasks for research, planning, alternative fuels operations, data and reporting, project management, and 5307 Governors Apportionment support. Work performed under this contract will help ODOT and Ohio transit agencies remain compliant with evolving federal regulations and help inform both ODOT and transit agency decision making.  Topics of focus for this contract are expected to be transit asset management, federal facility construction, and transit technology. Additional topics are anticipated.  This contract will begin on July 1, 2025 and end on June 30, 2027.  

    Bids are due May 14, 2025.
