Greater Dayton RTA Promotes Patrice Gentry and Welcomes Tim Harrington

The Greater Dayton RTA is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrice Gentry to Transportation Training Supervisor, and welcomes Tim Harrington as IT Project manager.

The Greater Dayton RTA is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrice Gentry to transportation training supervisor, and welcomes Tim Harrington as IT project manager.

A 12-year veteran bus operator, Gentry has been a valuable member of the transportation training team for the past three years. She holds several training certifications, including Advance Mobility Device Securement for the National Transit Institute (NTI). Shannon Rine, manager of dispatch & business operations, said Gentry's knowledge of RTA paratransit services, her work ethic, and her positive attitude make her an excellent and well-deserved candidate for the transportation training supervisor role.

Harrington brings a wealth of experience in both transit and information technology to his new position as IT project manager. He was director of information technology at Southwest Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) in Cincinnati for the past 13 years. 

In his role as IT project manager at RTA, Harrington will work as project co-manager with deputy chief operations officer Brandon Policicchio on the Clever Devices CAD/AVL Project.
