A pre-proposal meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at MATA’s Administration Office, 40 S. Main St., Suite 1200, Memphis, TN 38103 and via Microsoft Teams meeting. While the preproposal meeting is not mandatory, it is strongly suggested that you attend.
