Ohio Technical Assistance Program

The Ohio DOT, Office of Transit is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide technical assistance services under the Ohio Technical Assistance Program (OTAP). OTAP is a federal and state funded program designed to assist Ohio's public transportation agencies and human service transportation providers with addressing complex administrative and operating issues. It also offers assistance with federal and state compliance for both the Office of Transit and transit agencies.  This contract will begin on July 1, 2025 and end on June 30, 2027. 

Bids are due May 14, 2025.
